unnamedWhile meddling through the mutt and mildew that remained of my SXSW experience, there was a surprising amount of amazement that crept up and shouted out at me to REMEMBER NOVEMBER, etc. No that isn’t right. Think I might be wet brain NYC retoxing. The point is I say Landlady on my last day in the dust and they were fucking amazing so I’m a pretty little peach to let you know the band is FINALLY releasing a new record. It’s called Upright Behavior and though it doesn’t come out until July 15 (GASP!), the band has been kind enough to share the rolling wonder of “The Globe.” You can stream that below. You can also – if you’re wise and within easy spitting distance of Brooklyn – go see the band begin their three night (over three week) residency at Shea Stadium which you really, really, REALLY fucking should because these band needs to be experienced on a stage in a dark room full of cheap beer and good hearts. Info on that, follows the rock.
